Elevation Global Media Group, LLC., takes the safety and well-being of our customers and employees, who are our top priority, very seriously. We want to take a moment to share how we are addressing the concerns of COVID-19 now that our business is open.

 

Elevation Global Media Group closely monitors CDC updates and ongoing developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and adjust our actions according to CDC and the State of Maryland guidelines. We quickly institute any additional health and safety processes and procedures as needed. We also learn and adapt our plans and actions based on new public health best practices, ideas, and customer feedback.

 

We are only accepting guests by appointment only. No walk-ins. Each visitor must complete covid pre-screening. It will be mandatory that customers and staff wear a facemask at all times inside the studio.

 

On a daily basis, the management team is vigorously working to ensure we meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. We utilize cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses. We frequently clean and disinfect public spaces and high-touch areas such as tables, desks, door handles, and microphones multiple times per day for your safety.
